Specifications:


Materials: Stainless steel, type 304 or 316, satin finish # 4.  Meet American Standard Testing Methods - ASTM A240.

Steel gauge: 14-gauge (0.071", 1.8 mm), 16-gauge (0.056", 1.4mm), 18-gauge (0.044", 1.1 mm).

Frame construction: Knockdown, face-welded only, continuously fully welded and sanitary welded.

Special profiles: Various profiles available, such as angled sill.

Door construction: Lockseam on edge, continuously welded and sanitary welded.

Door core:

Lockseam on edge; honeycomb, polystyrene, urethane and steel stiffened with polystyrene or urethane.  

Continuously welded and sanitary welded; steel stiffened with polystyrene.  

Steel stiffeners are bonded to door faces every 6" (152 mm) with industrial adhesive.

Door vision kit: Standard sandwich-type vision kit, 18-gauge (0.044", 1.1 mm), tack-welded corners. Also available a sanitary glass kit.

Fire rating: 90-minute (positive pressure; UL 10C).

Standard: Meet American National Standards Institute ANSI A250.4.



Segmented radius edge door for double acting door.

Sanitary welded door; continuously welded on vertical and horizontal edges.

Sanitary welded profile; fully continuously welded on exposed side - 5/16" (7.9 mm) seamless radius weld on soffit and rabbets.

Angled sill for clean room application.
