Compliance of our products with LEED-Version 2.2
MR Credit 4.1 - Recycled Content: 10% - Use materials with recycled content such that the sum of post-consumer recycled content plus one-half of the post-industrial content constitutes at least 10% of the total value of the materials in the project.
- Our main steel supplier has specific recycling policies. Our galvannealed steel is comprised of 58% recycled steel. The post-consumer content is 20%; the post-industrial content is 25%; the balance 13% is home scrap. Our stainless stee is comprised of 80% recycled content. The post-consumer content is 20%; the post-industrial content is 50%; the balance 10% is home scrap.
