We are currently looking for a MIG Welder to join our manufacturing team at our Minneapolis facility. If you take pride in high-quality welding, enjoy working in a structured manufacturing environment, and are looking for long-term stability, we want to meet you.

Your Role

As a MIG Welder, you will play a key role in our production operations by:

  • Performing high-quality MIG welding on steel doors, frames, and components according to technical specifications
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints to ensure welding accuracy
  • Preparing metal surfaces prior to welding (cleaning, grinding, cutting)
  • Inspecting welds using visual inspections and appropriate measuring tools to ensure quality and compliance
  • Following all workplace health and safety rules
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Collaborating with production teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations

Working Conditions

  • Position: Permanent, full-time
  • Schedule: Day shift
  • Hours: 40 hours/week, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. (overtime available)
  • Salary: From $20.00/hour to $25.00/hour, based on experience

You Are the Person We’re Looking For If You Have

Technical Skills & Experience

  • Diploma in welding or a recognized welding certification
  • Proficiency in MIG welding techniques and equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Experience preparing metal surfaces (cleaning, grinding, cutting)
  • Experience welding thin steel (asset)

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time during the workday
  • Ability to regularly lift and handle loads of 50 lbs or more
  • Comfortable performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks
